Melinda was more than wonderful. I told her my wants and what I was looking for and she nailed it. Came up with options that were all excellent! I did not have to do anything. She met me at the lots with a tape measure and aerial photos! The seller was in UK which made the closing a bit challenging. But not for me, she handled all with no surprises or glitches. Excellent Agent - From the very first call we made to Melinda and through closing we found her to be very responsive. She listened to what we were looking for in a home and supported us with insight to neighborhoods and local amenities. We really felt like priority clients throughout the process.
